Our Return Promise

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery for most items in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached. Just like breaking in a new pair of boots, we want you to have time to make sure your purchase is perfect for you.

Items That Can’t Be Returned

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Boot care products (including all items from our BOOT CARE menu)
  • Dopp Kits (personal grooming bags)
  • Any items that show signs of wear or have been used

How to Return or Exchange an Item

Step 1: Submit Your Return Request

Within 15 days of receiving your order, email us at [email protected] with the following information:

Step 2: Wait for Our Response

Our customer service team will respond within 2 business days with:

  • Return authorization (if approved)
  • Shipping instructions
  • Exchange options (if applicable)

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Once approved, pack your item securely in its original packaging with all tags attached. Include the original packing slip or a copy of your order confirmation. Ship to:

Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error (wrong item or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Timing: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return.
  • Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

For size exchanges on boots or apparel:

  1. Follow the return process above, indicating you want an exchange
  2. We’ll ship your replacement item once we receive your return
  3. If the new size isn’t available, we’ll issue a refund or store credit

International Returns

For customers outside the U.S. (excluding some Asian countries and remote regions):

  • You’re responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees
  • Refunds will be in USD and may be subject to exchange rate fluctuations
  • Allow extra time for international shipping and processing

Damaged or Defective Items

If your boots or leather goods arrive damaged or defective:

  3. Choose between a replacement (if available) or full refund
